Hershey's Kisses Cookies

As promised over the coming days I will have lots of New recipes to post for you to share with your family over this festive season.
As many of you will know Hersheys Kisses and Nuggets have become my new best friends so what do you do with them when you buy them buy the kilo...Cook with them...lol


Hershey's Kisses Cookies
Makes approx 48

Ingredients:
48 Hershey's Kisses or I think Easter Eggs would be a cute alternative.
3/4 C White Sugar
3/4 C Brown sugar lightly packed
100g Butter softened
2 TBS Milk
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/3 C Hershey's Cocoa (A good cocoa if Hershey's is unavailable)
2 Eggs
2 1/4 C SR Flour

Directions

1. Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces. Heat oven to 180 degree C.
2. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add eggs and milk; beat well.
3. Stir together flour, cocoa and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place baking paper lined tray.
4. Bake 10 to 11 minutes or until set. Gently press chocolate piece in center of each cookie; remove from tray to wire rack. Cool completely.
5. ENJOY.. They are yummy and very addictive.
