I am going to include as much information in this email as I have but please understand I have spent many many hours on the Internet and on the phone over the past few days to Find and Book us into somewhere so not all details have been finalised.
To Date the following information is Finalised and Correct:
*You Girls WON.. I am back in QLD this Year for a WONDERFUL Retreat. Bring a Friend for a fantastic Weekend. Please forward this email to anyone that may be interested in attending the Retreat.
* Retreat will be on the Weekend of the 28th to 30th October. You will arrive Friday from 5pm and will depart at 2pm Sunday.
* There will only be a Saturday Day Session available arrive from 7:30am-10pm (Arrive and Leave as you wish) I am working with the Lodge to confirm a Day Session Price.
*Just Imagine the Joy of NO Children, No Cooking, No Cleaning, No Husbands and Definitely No Need to do anything you don't Want to.
*The Location of the Retreat is Mount Alford Lodge, I have attached some wonderful photos. I really don't think anyone could be disappointed in this venue, I Spent A LOT of time finding some where that could fit us in but also some where "Nice" after all we all deserve it. It is a Family owned and operated Lodge, so they do focus on a High standard. Mount Alford Lodge is approx 15klm from Boonah. I will pass on Maps and Directions to those attending but I have been reassured it is very very easy to find.
*Cost of the Retreat will be $230. Like last Year this will include ALL your Meals, Make and Takes and Prizes... You will also have YOUR Linen Provided for you, so no need to bring a thing with you other than your Craft supplies.
*We will also have FREE access to the Heated swimming Pool (as Pictured) This will be the only towel you will need to bring if using the Pool.*All Meals are prepared on site and anyone with dietary requirements your needs can be met.
*Accommodation, Each Cabin has 3 bedrooms all en-suited, a lounge room and Kitchenette. In each Bedroom is either a Double or 2 Single Beds(as pictured). There are NO Bunk Beds on this site and I will ensure when arranging the final sleeping arrangements any requests are met the Best I can.

*Payment Instalment Plan- I have been mindful that many of you girls attending are participating in Stamp Club for this Reason the Deposit of $30 will be Due by March 20th and all other Payments will be due Between May and August when Stamp Club breaks.
Deposit of $30 Will be Due on or Before the 20th of March. (Please bring with you if attending the SAB/MINI Extravaganza Invites out NOW).1st Instalment Due 25th MAY $50
2nd Instalment Due 25th JUNE $50
3rd Instalment Due 25th JULY $50LAST Instalment Due 25th AUGUST $50
PLEASE NOTE THIS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ANY PAYMENTS MADE WILL BE FORFEITED IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND.
